Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PromoEdge (the "Service"), including our website, calculators, odds displays, and educational content. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PromoEdge is an educational and informational tool. Nothing on the Service is betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and we do not handle gambling funds.

Calculations, odds, projected profits, and "locked-in" figures are mathematical illustrations based on inputs and third-party data that can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A calculated outcome is not a promise of a real-world result.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PromoEdge. The Service is a research and calculation tool, and it is not a place to bet.

The minimum age to place a sports bet is set by each state, not by us — it is 21 in most states that allow sports betting and 18 in some. Being old enough to use PromoEdge does not mean you are old enough to bet where you live. You are responsible for betting only where, and at an age, that is lawful for you; the Responsible Gambling page lists the minimum age for every jurisdiction we cover.

Sportsbooks verify age and identity when you register. PromoEdge does not, and is not the point at which eligibility to bet is enforced.

If you are under 18, do not use the Service.

Any bet you place is your decision alone. Before placing a bet, you should independently verify odds, lines, promo terms, and your own eligibility directly with the sportsbook. Sportsbooks change odds and promotion terms constantly, may limit or close accounts, and may void bets under their house rules. PromoEdge has no control over any of that and takes no responsibility for it. Gambling involves risk — including when hedging — and you can lose money.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that odds data is accurate, current, or complete; that calculations are error-free; or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Displayed odds may differ from what a sportsbook actually offers at the moment you bet.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping access to your account email secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

The Pro subscription costs $24.99 per month, billed through Stripe, our payment processor. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, and when the trial ends your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged $24.99 unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at $24.99 until cancelled.

To cancel, open Account → Billing → Manage Billing, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal, or email support@promoedge.us. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

We do not offer refunds, including pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@promoedge.us and we will review it.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with anyone else, or allow others to access paid features through your account.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service or its data, whether manually or with automated tools.
• Copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the Service's tools, calculators, odds data, or content.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to bypass access controls or subscription requirements.

The Service links to sportsbook websites and names sportsbook brands. Those sites are owned and operated by third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any sportsbook, and we are not responsible for their content, offers, terms, or conduct. All sportsbook names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service's content — text, design, calculators, and code — is owned by PromoEdge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission.

Gambling can be harmful. If betting stops being fun, or you are betting money you cannot afford to lose, stop and get help:

• Every jurisdiction PromoEdge covers publishes its own problem-gambling helpline. Find yours — along with your state's regulator and minimum betting age — on our Responsible Gambling page.
• Every licensed sportsbook offers deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion tools — use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoEdge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@promoedge.us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
