Privacy Policy

• Account data. Your email address and authentication credentials, stored and managed by Supabase, our authentication provider. Sign-in uses emailed one-time codes and an optional password; passwords are stored hashed by Supabase, never in plain text.
• Payment data. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We keep only what Stripe reports back: your subscription status and customer reference.
• Data you enter. Promos you save, bets you log, and sportsbook preferences you set, tied to your account so the tools can use them.
• Browser storage. Small values in your browser's localStorage — for example promoedge_geo_dismissed, which remembers that you dismissed the state-legality notice — and a pe_state cookie that remembers the state you picked in the navigation for the rest of your visit. These stay on your device.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, generates standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) used for security and debugging.

To operate your account and sign you in; to run the calculators and tools against the promos and preferences you save; to bill and manage subscriptions; to send transactional email such as sign-in codes and password resets; and to keep the Service secure. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We use strictly necessary cookies — the session cookies that keep you signed in, and the cookies Stripe needs to complete checkout — plus one functional preference cookie, pe_state, which remembers the state you selected for the rest of your visit and expires when your browser session ends. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party ad trackers. Because the necessary cookies are required for the Service to function, there is no cookie-consent toggle — blocking them in your browser will prevent sign-in and checkout from working; blocking pe_stateonly means your state selection won't stick.

We share data only with the processors that run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, accounts, and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never received or stored by us.
• Resend — delivers transactional email such as sign-in codes and password resets to the address on your account.
• Vercel — web hosting and server logs.
• Cloudflare — DNS and network routing, which involves handling the IP address of requests to our domain.
• The Odds API — supplies the odds data we display. Your personal data is not sent to it; it is a data source, not a recipient.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we have not done so. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

We keep your account data and the data you enter for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your account and saved data remain until you delete the account. When an account is deleted, we remove its data from our systems; billing records held by Stripe are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.

You can have your account and its associated data deleted at any time by emailing support@promoedge.us from the address on the account. We will confirm and delete your account data, except records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records held by Stripe).

• You may request the categories of personal information we hold about you, and its deletion, via support@promoedge.us. We do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights.
• Do Not Track: we do not track visitors across third-party websites, so the Service does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals — there is no cross-site tracking to switch off.
• Third parties do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our Service.
• This policy's effective date above is how we notify you of material changes; significant changes will also be flagged on the site.

The Service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
