Common questions
How does the free trial work?
You enter a card to start, and the first 7 days are free. When the trial ends, your card is charged $24.99 and the subscription renews monthly at $24.99 until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. You can cancel at any time.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Billing → Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal, or email support@promoedge.us. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Full billing terms are in our Terms of Service. If you believe you were billed in error, email us and we'll review it.
