Hedge Calculator
Hedging means betting the other side of a wager you already hold, so that you win money — or lose a controlled amount — no matter the result. It's how a promising futures ticket becomes locked-in cash, and how promo bets get converted without sweating the game.
Enter your open bet's stake and odds, plus the best price you can find on the opposite side (usually at a different sportsbook). In equalize mode, the calculator solves the hedge stake that makes both outcomes pay exactly the same. Switch equalize off to type your own hedge stake and see the two outcomes diverge — useful when you'd rather keep some upside on your original bet. If both outcomes show negative, the prices don't allow a profitable hedge; you're choosing the size of a locked-in loss, which can still beat letting the bet ride.

A negative number on both lines means this hedge locks in a loss — sometimes still worth it to free up money or cap risk.
